Travel & Planning Information

Closest Airport:
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)

CLT is approximately 15–20 minutes from the event area and offers extensive nonstop flight options, making travel easy for attendees flying in from across the country.

Departure Planning:

• Plan return flights after 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 28, or
• Stay an additional night and depart on Sunday, March 1

Saturday is intentionally designed to wrap up earlier, allowing time to relax, connect, and enjoy the included group experience.

Meals & Event Experience

CLC will provide catered meals during the training portions of the event:

• Thursday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
• Friday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
• Saturday: Breakfast

Training on Saturday is a partial day and concludes around midday, followed by a fun group experience that is included with your ticket.

Because attendees often break into smaller groups and eat at different times and locations on Saturday afternoon and evening, meals during this portion of the day are not provided.

Attendees are welcome to participate in the group activity, explore on their own, or depart once training concludes.

Note: After purchase, attendees will receive a follow-up email to confirm participation in the Saturday group activity so we can reserve tickets accordingly.
